How to Obtain Baby-Soft Skin Again
Have you ever had the priviledge of feeling the perfect, beautiful skin of a baby? It is amazing to experience something so perfect and blemish free. As time passes, our skin gets battered by so many environmental factors and stress, robbing us of that perfect, radiant skin that we all had as babies. Fortunately, our skin has an ideal way to replenish itself and help itself from wearing out too fast. When we are children, about every 2-3 weeks, our skin is completely replenished. The surface layers come off leaving the unexposed lower layer, which comes to the top, stays for a several weeks, and then it happens all over again. Knowing this, it makes more sense how children can be exposed to the elements a lot more often than adults, yet still not lose their soft, perfect skin. Most kids couldn't care less about skin creams, moisturizers, or anything like that, but it doesn't matter, because their skin does its job very well.
So, now that we are adults, what happened to that great system of renewal that our skin had? Have you ever noticed the difference between a senior citizen's skin and a newborn's skin? For the most part, the senior citizen will have thicker, rougher skin, and many times, even age spots and wrinkles. Why does this happen?
As we get older, the rate of auto-renewal of our skin tends to slow down. Instead of shedding the worn out skin cells, they start to collect on the surface of the skin, causing the layers to get thicker and rougher. Instead of shedding age spots, they just remain. Additionally, we lose approximately 10% of our epidermal cells per decade, reducing our ability to make more healthy layers of skin. More so, often, not as much moisture gets to the top layer of the skin, bringing about the wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin we see in our beloved grandparents and older individuals.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could stop this process before it's too late, and go back to the same protection and rejuvenation that your skin offered us when we were younger? I think that all of this want that, but the question is, how to obtain it. If the problem is that our skin is accumulating dead skin cells, the only logical way to this problem is to help the skin to shed these unnecessary cells and uncover the soft layer below. In this way, we can also help more moisture to get to the top layer of the skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Turning the Tide of Aging Skin
A excellent way to help our skin renew itself is by applying all natural skin creams which speed skin cell renewal and help get rid of the dead skin cells which are currently clogging the surface of your skin. Be careful, however, to choose a cream which will not only get rid of dead skin cells (such as exfoliation creams), but also will stimulate new cell production without causing trauma and irritation. Also, make sure that the cream doesn't include harsh chemicals and is all natural. If you follow these guidelines and use products like this, your face will soon start to look younger and more radiant than ever!
If you have felt a newborn's skin recently, you know how soft and moisturized it is. That is the same skin you were born with! Learn how to turn back the clock and get rid of your wrinkles and fine lines once and for all with this aging cream that can regenerate damaged skin.
