How bad is Smoking for your Body and Skin?

Smoking is without a doubt one of the worst habits that you can develop. It promotes premature aging and diseases such as cancer and emphysema. The following article will take a look at the problems that smoking can cause for your skin and body.

Heart Damage due to Smoking

Lung Damage due to Smoking

Skin Damage due to Smoking

Your skin can also be damaged as a consequence of smoking. Because smoking contracts the blood vessels in your skin, it diminishes the amount of essential nutrients that are delivered to the skin and damages the collagen and elastin in it.
